Turkey Dressing
One super loaf of bread-torn into small pieces
4 large stalks celery-finely chopped
1 small onion-finely chopped
1 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning (to taste)
1/2 tsp sage
Parsley flakes
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Chicken broth or broth from giblets

Place bread in a large bowl
Saute celery, onion & butter in pan
Add celery mixture to bread
Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, sage and parsley
Mix with beaten eggs
Mix thoroughly
Add broth until moist

Salt the inside of a turky
Place dressing inside of turkey and cook
