1 container (16 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 box (5 ounce size) vanilla instant pudding
1 can (15 ounce size) canned solid packed pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
In a large bowl, mix together vanilla instant pudding, pumpkin and spice
and then fold in the whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving. Serve
with regular or cinnamon graham crackers.
(Meghan and Drew hollowed out a small (8 inch or so) pumpkin and
served it inside the pumpkin. Very Autumn festive and a huge hit!)
