Million Dollar Fudge

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 TBS butter
Dash salt
1 pkg 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate bits
3 bars (4 oz. each) German sweet chocolate
1 pint marshmallow cream
2 cups chopped pecans

Combine sugar, milk, butter, salt
Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes
Meanwhile, place remaining ingredients, except nuts, in large bowl
Gradually pour boiling mixture over the choc. marshmallow mixture and
beat until chocolate is melted
Stir in nuts
Pour into buttered pans and cool several hours before cutting.
