Mexican Cauliflower Salad

4 cups raw cauliflower, thinly sliced or small pieces
1 cup ripe pitted olives-chopped
1 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup pimento (pimiento) finely chopped
1/3 cup onion finely chopped

1/2 cup salad oil
3 T lemon juice
3 T wine vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Mix the salad oil mixture with a wire whisk
Add to above ingredients and chill at least 3 hours
