Betty Baker Davis
2 cups walnuts
1 cup dates
1 cup brown sugar
2 cup coconut
2 eggs

Grind walnuts and dates in food chopper
Add sugar, 1 cup coconut and eggs
Mix well
Shape into finger rolls about 1 in long and 1/2 inch thick
Roll each in remaining coconut
Place on a greased cookie sheet
Bake 350 for 15 minutes
