Chicken Paprikosh
Jane Davis- my Aunt Sis' recipe
1/4 lb. sliced bacon
1 TB paprika
2 cups sour cream
1 TB butter
1 medium onion
2 TB flour
1/4 cup white wine
Cut up chicken

Brown chicken.
Brown onion and bacon in butter for ten minutes
Add paprika and flour
When thick and smooth add sour cream and put over chicken
Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with noodles but spaetzle is the best!
