Swiss Steak
1 1/2 pounds round steak
3 T butter or margerine

Sprinkle steak with flour and salt
Pound on both sides
Brown steak in butter or margerine
Place steak in casserole.
Keep the skillet hot and add 4 T flour and brown it in the juices
Add milk slowly and stir constantly
Make enough gravy to cover Meat in casserole.
If gravy is not thick enough, thicken with flour and water mixed together
Bake in oven at 350 for 2 1/2 hours
