Sour Cream Coffee Cake
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
1 cup dairy sour cream
Brown Sugar Mixture
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350
Grease and lightly flour 10 inch bundt pan or 2 5x9 loaf pans
Cream sugar and butter
Add vanilla and eggs
Mix well
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt
Add flour mixture alternately with the sour cream, beginning and
ending          with the flour mixture.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well
Spread half of batter in prepared pan
sprinkle with half of brown sugar mixture
Repeat with remaining batter and then brown sugar mixture
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes

In loaf pans bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Cool upright in pan
After 15 minutes, invert onto large plate or cookie sheet
Invert again onto serving plate, streusel side up.
