Scalloped Oysters
1 pint oysters
1 1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 melted butter
6 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 cup chopped celery

Drain the oysters saving half of the liquid
Mix liquid with cream, then set aside
Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs
*Note, you are building a dish which has 3 layers of crumbs & two of oysters!
Grease baking dish and put 1/3 of crumbs on bottom
Place 1/2 of oysters on top
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the celery
Place 1/3 of crumbs on top and remaining 1/2 of oysters on top of the crumbs
Sprinkle rest of celery on top
Pour cream mixture over it all
Place remaining crumbs on top
Dot crumbs with more butter and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees
