Fresh Salsa
1/2 pound Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Onion diced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 2 ounce can Green Chilies, chopped
Juice of one Lime
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended
Refrigerate until ready to serve
