Porcupine Meat Balls
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1/2 cup diced bacon (do not brown)
1 Tbsp onion
1 Tbsp ground pepper
1 can tomato soup

Mix first 5 ingredients into small balls
Place in a casserole
Pour tomato soup over
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325
