Marbled Peanut Butter Fudge
4 cups sugar
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup butter
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
3 (6 ounce) packages chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter (I use more)

Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan
Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly
Add marshmallow cream, choc. chips and vanilla
Stir until blended.

Pour half of the mixture into a buttered 13x9 pan
Dollop with peanut butter
Spoon remaing chocolate mixture over peanut butter
Gently swirl mixture with a knife to create a marble effect
Chill until set
Cut into 1 inch pieces
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator

Yields 5 pounds.
