Fluffy Peanut Butter Pie
1 Chocolate Crunch Crust (recipe at bottom)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
1 cup whipped topping
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
3/4 cup peanut butter (smooth)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp chocolate flavored syrup

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
Beat in condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla
Fold in whipped cream
Turn into crust
Drizzle syrup over the top of pie in two or three circles
Take a toothpick and go through the syrup,
starting from inner circle out making a pattern

Chocolate Crunch Crust
In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/2 cup margarine or butter and one (6 ounce) package semi sweet chocalat chips.
Remove from heat
Gently stir in 2 1/2 cups oven toasted rice cereal (krispies) until completely coated.
Press into bottom and up the sides of a greased 9 inch pie plate
Chill 30 minutes
