Meringue Shells

6 egg whites (room temperature)
Beat until stiff and add 2 cups sugar a little at a
time
Beat at a slower speed for 14 inutes and add 1/2
tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vinegar
Can tint them red to serve at Christmas with green
mint ice cream and choc. sauce)
Form and place on brown paper as individual shells.
Place on cookie sheet
bake 275 for 1 hour
Turn off oven and leave until cool
Do not open oven
