Lemon Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1 package instant lemon pudding
3/4 cup salad oil

Mix above together until smooth
Bake in a glass baking dish 9x12 at 325
35 minutes

2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup frozen orange juice (undiluted) thawed
3 TB salad oil

Prick with fork the top of the cake (all over and deep) while still hot
Spread the icing over the top
This will permeate through the cake making it very moist and tasty
