|1 large can tomatoes
2 cups sliced raw potatoes
2 cups sliced celery
1 pound hamburg
1 cup raw onions (in fairly small chunks)
1 cup cut up green pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mix it all together in a casserole, puting the hamburger in chunks
on the top.
Don't cover it. The juices need to evaporate.
Bake at 350 for about 2 hours. Stir it up a couple of times during
the cooking, so top won't dry out.
