Crispy Wontons
from the Philadelphia Cream Cheese Finest Recipe Collection
1/2 pound ground pork, cooked, well drained
1 (8 oz) container Philadelphia Brand Soft Cream Cheese with Chives and Onions
1 tsp chopped peeled fresh ginger root
1 tsp sesame oil
32 wonton wrappers
Sesame seeds
Oriental Dipping Sauce

Preheat oven to 425
Mix together meat, cream cheese, ginger & sesame oil in med. bowl until blended
Place 2 Tbsp meat mixur in center of each wonton wrapper
Bring corners together over meat mixture
Pinch together to enclose meat in wrapper
Flatten bottom
Repeat with remaining meat mixture and wonton wroappers
Place in 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan
Brush lightly with water
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from pan, drain on paper towels
Serve with Oriental Dipping Sauce

Oriental Dipping Sauce

2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp  Chinese rice wine
1 Tbsp cold water

Stir together ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
