from Tea-Time at the Masters with Jane's minor changes
1 cup cold water
1 cup cold milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups sifted flour
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well
If possible, let sit overnight in refrigerator
If too thick, dilute with milk
Heat pan and grease with either butter or cooking spray (wipe til almost dry)
Place approximately 2 Tbsp batter in hot pan
Swish batter around pan to make a circle and cook until you see the batter
begin to bubble
Flip and cook the other side.
Yields 24 crepes
FYI- the first crepe never turns out!
Place on the table in small bowls:
Chocolate milk mix
Assorted fruits, bananas, raspberries etc.
Whatever is your favorite topping, try it!
Butter a cooked crepe and then add your favorite above ingredients
Roll the crepe and cut with a fork
