Clam Spaghetti
given to Betty Lee from Scott
(he used to make this at his fraternity house)
Muriel makes this all the time.
Did she get it from Scott or Scott got it from her?
2 cans minced clams (drain juice from 1 can)
1 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms
2 T chopped onion

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter
Add clams from both cans and juice from 1 can.

Cook spaghetti very well.
Add 1 well beaten egg to spaghetti and mix well
Add 2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
Mix well and add clam sauce mixing again
