Chocolate Torte
Meringue Shell
3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Using a brown paper bag, or parchment paper, place an 8 inch round cake
pan on it and trace with pencil around it.
Beat egg white salt and vinegar until soft peaks form
Very gradually add sugar and cinnamon
Spread this mixturn on the circle on the paper making a lip around the edge
Bake at 275 for one hour and then turn off oven and keep in oven for 2
hours

Mixture for in the Meringue Shell
1 package chocolate chips
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup water
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

1.  Melt chips in double boiler- let cool
   Spread 2-3 tbsps. over the shell
2.  Add remaining chocolate to egg yolks and water
3.  Whip cream and add cinnamon and sugar slowly
4.  Put 1/2 of the whipped cream mixure on top of the chocolate in the shell
5.  Add rest of whipped cream to the egg/chocolate mixture
6.  Blend and put the mixture on top of the whipped cream mixture in the
shell
7.  Chill until ready to serve.
