Cheesy Chicken
(Jean Wassick's recipe)
6 boneless chicken breasts
Equal number of swiss cheese slices
One can of condensed chicken, mushroom or celery
soup mixed with about a half a can of any white wine
Croutons or cubed stuffing mix (about 2 cups)
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted

Put chicken in 13 x 9 pan
Fold Swiss Cheese to put on top of each breast
Pour on soup mixture
Sprinkle with croutons
Drizzle with butter
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees

You can choose to not use the butter to save fat
calories, although I don't think it's as good that way.  I
use the low-fat soup which doesn't seem to matter at
all and is my trade-off.  It can be double, tripled,
whatever.  Can use bone-in breasts, cook for 60
minutes.  Even other kinds of cheese work!
