Blender Sour Cream Cheese Cake
Crumb Crust
15 graham cracker squares
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup or more melted butter

Take 5 crackers at a time into blender and blend.  Repeat.
Add sugar, cinnamon and butter and stir well until crumbs are moist
Press into pie or cake pan
Bake 6 minutes at 400
Chill until ready to fill

Cheese Cake
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 container sour cream (large)
1 pound soft cream cheese (cut into smaller pieces)

Into blender put eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream
Cover and blend 15 seconds
With motor on, gradually add cream cheese and melted butter.
Pour mixture into crust
Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 minutes or until set in center
