Asparagus Casserole
Hardboil 3 eggs
Cheese sauce:
2 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp butter
Melt slowly and blend
Blend again by stirring in:
1 cup asparagus juice
1 cup milk.
Cook until thick
Add 1 large (16 slices) American or sharp cheese

Put 3-4 cans drained asparagus in casserole
Add 2 chopped eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour cheese sauce over all
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes)
Garnish with 3rd egg
May prepare the night before baking.
Serves 6 easily.
